FAQ: I just purchased. Where is my unlock key?

A: We can only process orders during UK office hours at this time. Usually between 9am and 10pm, 7 days a week.

A2: It could be that we already sent your unlock key but

1. You gave an invalid email address or
2. You are using spam blocking software that has blocked our emails or
3. The email has been placed in your "Bulk Mail" folder.
